President Isaac Herzog says U.S. criticism of Israel must not cross line, become ‘antisemitism’

Amid rising tensions between Israel and the U.S., Israeli President Isaac Herzog addressed the U.S. House and Senate on Wednesday, asking that criticism of his country does not become “antisemitism.” U.S. officials have long criticized Israel over its relations with Palestine and the ongoing settlement expansion of the occupied West Bank.
