Regina mayor responds to suspected overdose death in city hall encampment

Regina Mayor Sandra Masters responded to reports of a suspected overdose death within the tent encampment situated outside of city hall on Wednesday. Masters also addressed if the she plans to remove the encampments, saying “precedents state the occupants of the encampment need somewhere to go and it’s challenging to provide shelter to folks who don’t want it.”
