Toronto mayor calls federal money a ‘short term stop gap’ to solve refugee housing

While the federal government is offering another $97 million in funding to help house refugees, Toronto’s mayor says it’s not enough. About 260 asylum seekers may have found a brief reprieve, but meetings continue between each level of government to find a long-term solution. Matthew Bingley reports.
