A West Island couple are demanding answers from Air Canada after their flight to California last week was delayed multiple times and finally cancelled, making them miss out on a relative’s wedding. What’s worse, they say, is that the airline flew out their luggage and their items have yet to be returned. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
