Edmonton police charge 2 people in connection with violent crime spree that ended in Devon

We’re learning new details about a violent and random shooting spree that spread across Edmonton, out into Beaumont and ended in Devon. Edmonton police say the man behind the wheel wasn’t supposed to be on the road at all. Morgan Black reports.
