U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Monday that Russia’s decision to halt participation in the Black Sea grain deal that lets Ukraine export grain through the Black Sea was “unconscionable” and called for the pact to be restored as quickly as possible. Blinken added that the U.S. will be looking for alternative ways of helping get Ukrainian food on the world market.
