Cost of new PNE Amphitheatre balloons to $103.7 million

Vancouver council has approved an increase in loan financing for the new PNE Amphitheatre, slated for completion in 2026. A report presented to council Wed. July 12, 2023 showed that the costs of the project had ballooned from just under $65 million to just under $104 million — an increase of more than 60 per cent.
