A business owner’s keen eye helped police seize $100,000 in flooring that was fraudulently purchased. An unconscious woman was dumped in a Vernon, B.C., parking lot Sunday night after seemingly suffering from a drug overdose, RCMP say. The Okanagan has joined the Similkameen and Boundary regions in being listed at Drought Level 3.
