Emergency Preparedness Minister Bill Blair said Tuesday that he wasn’t aware that a memo sent by CSIS to the minister in May about China’s targeting of Conservative MP Michael Chong “existed.” He said a breakdown in communication had occurred and that steps have been taken to remedy that.
