Speaking to reporters on Friday, Transport Minister Omar Alghabra sought to reassure Canadians about the work being done to improve efficiency and accountability in the transportation sector after thousands of flights were cancelled or delayed over the long weekend. He said while there have been “significant improvements” the sector is “still not where it should be.”
