Family, community hope for safe return of Tamra Jewel Keepness 19 years later

Cowessess First Nation Chief Erica Beaudin reflected on Wednesday during the annual event that remembers the disappearance of Regina woman Tamra Jewel Keepness 19 years ago. Beaudin said this is also a difficult anniversary for Tamra’s sisters and family having lost their mother but says support is always close by.
