SPCA urges families to adopt an abandoned pet as moving day puts many animals out on the street

If you have been thinking about adding a pet to your family, the SPCA says now is the time. As Dan Spector reports, the animal shelter organization says they have seen a big spike in abandoned animals, and Quebec’s moving day has only made it worse.
