Alghabra announces $30M funding in pre-clearance facility at Toronto’s Billy Bishop airport for travellers to U.S.

Transportation Minister Omar Alghabra announced Friday that the federal government would put $30 million toward the construction of a pre-clearance facility at Billy Bishop airport Alghabra said the facility would allow U.S.-bound travellers to complete American customs and immigration paperwork ahead of their departure.
