NCTR Archivist denies allegations of ‘holding back’ residential school files, details digital preservation

Raymond Frogner, head archivist for the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR), denied allegations of “holding back” records pertaining to residential schools. He further detailed his department’s “secure” digital preservation system and how they can help “support the process of rediscovery.”
