Million-dollar housing project in rural N.B. comes to close due closeness to shell-drying facility

A $1.4-million housing development in rural Richibucto, N.B., has fallen through due to its proximity to a Coastal Shell drying plant. As Suzanne Lapointe reports, the developer’s and the town’s citizens say this is evidence that the smell coming from the plant is driving people away.
