Canada’s plan to make communities more resilient to climate change came out on Tuesday, and it was presented by ministers Steven Guilbeault, Jonathan Wilkinson and Bill Blair in Vancouver. “In short, this is a whole of society plan to reduce the risk and prepare communities for climate impacts,” Guilbeault said during the press conference.
