Led by Yevgeny Prigozhin, Russia’s private Wagner mercenary group halted its insurrection on the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don Saturday evening, just one day after the coup of the military HQ began. Rather than commence civil violence amid the Russia-Ukraine war, Prigozhin agreed to step down and has been exiled to Belarus. Redmond Shannon reports.
