It may be summer, but some will vote tomorrow in byelections to choose new MLAs in a pair of B.C. ridings. Langford – Juan de Fuca and Vancouver Mount Pleasant will have new MLAs. As Richard Zussman reports, the outcome may help set the tone for the upcoming provincial election scheduled for the fall of 2024.
