A woman in her 20s is dead after she was hit by a truck in the Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension borough Thursday. She is the seventh pedestrian killed in Montreal in 2023. As Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports, residents in the area feel it was an accident waiting to happen.
