Three Canadian cities have claimed spots in the top 10 on the Economist Intelligence Unit’s (EIU) 2023 Global Liveability Index — more than any other country on the list. Vancouver topped the list’s Canadian cities with fifth place, followed by Calgary in seventh and Toronto in ninth place.
