The family of a West Island man who died after a physical altercation with police is calling on Quebec’s justice minister to intervene in the case. Koray Celik was 28 years-old when he lost his life in 2017, as his mother and father watched. The parents maintain that the justice system protected the police officers who came to their house that night and are battling to see them face criminal charges. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
