Manitoba crash: Lifelong Dauphin residents say deadly collision out of the ordinary

Florence and Mike Marchak said on Saturday that incidents like Thursday’s deadly crash that killed at least 15 people are a rare occurrence within Dauphin and the surrounding area. Florence said she’s familiar with the challenges that face seniors who undergo surgery. Both Mike and Florence offered their prayers to the families and survivors for a quick recovery.
