Elderly Edmontonian waits nearly 30 minutes for help after bus assault

A 74-year-old man who was standing up for another passenger was swarmed and assaulted by a group of teenage girls on an Edmonton Transit Service bus and it took nearly 30 minutes for first responders to be able to give him first aid. As Sarah Ryan explains, he says that’s simply not quick enough and wants to see changes made to improve the wait times.
