More independent restaurants filling vacancies in Edmonton

Vacancy rates are dropping in Old Strathcona, as more new, independent restaurants like Darling are opening up – in some cases, filling holes left by bigger chains. As Nicole Stillger reports, it’s another sign the area is recovering from the past few years.
