Saskatchewan Health Ministry announces operation to expand scope of pharmacists

Saskatchewan Health Minster Paul Merriman commented on Friday’s announcement to expand the task ability of Saskatchewan pharmacists. Merriman said “we want to expand the scope of what pharmacists can do to help patients.” Merriman added that there will be guardrails established as to what can be prescribed and the program will also need approval of the ministry.
