Montreal borough mayor threatens to separate from city over flood funding

A Montreal borough mayor is toying with the idea that his residents may be better off separating from the city of Montreal. L’Île-Bizard-Sainte-Geneviève borough mayor says his residents desperately needs funding to prevent flooding in the future and blames the City of Montreal for falling short.
