Indigenous leader Thelma Chalifoux featured on Canada Post stamp

June 21st marks National Indigenous People’s Day. Ahead of that, Canada Post is set to issue a new set of stamps paying tribute to the lives of three Indigenous leaders. Ciara Yaschuk has the story of Thelma Chalifoux, the first Indigenous woman appointed to the Senate.
