Exploring a new country can get you out of your comfort zone

Uprooting and moving to a new country can be scary. While there are many adventures ahead, navigating a new country, new traditions and a new language can take us out of our comfort zone. Jovelle Fernandez has traveled the world for her work and has now written a book, “The Expat,” to help others wishing to do the same. She joined us on Global News Morning Edmonton.
