Canada wildfires: Does the country have enough volunteer firefighters?

With Canada on track for its most severe wildfire season ever, a shortage of firefighters across the country is raising concerns. The number of volunteers has declined nationally in recent years as have numbers for those working full time. Joe Scarpelli reports.
