Majority of evacuees in Halifax-area wildfires allowed back home after 13 days

The state of emergency for the Halifax area caused by the wildfires is now over. When the municipality lifted the state of emergency, it also allowed the majority of the 1,400 Tantallon wildfire evacuees to return to their homes after 13 days away. As Megan King reports, the long-awaited news meant an emotional day for all.
