Taku River Tlingit First Nation raise money to buy back 140-year-old blanket at auction

A ceremony was held at the Whitehorse airport to welcome back a 140-year-old Chilkat blanket made of mountain goat wool and yellow cedar bark. The blanket recently went up for sale at a Toronto auction house, so the Taku River Tlingit First Nation raised $38,000 to buy it back.
