Canada’s Science and Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne, alongside his U.K. counterpart George Freeman, signed a memorandum of co-operation on biomanufacturing on Thursday in Ottawa. “I think what we’re going to be doing with Minister Freeman is fundamental because we’re going to be strengthening our co-operation when it comes to quantum technologies,” Champagne remarked.
