It’s all hands on deck as teams from Quebec and around the world are racing to tame raging forest fires in the province. Rain has allowed some of those forced out to head back home. But experts warn extraordinary forest fire seasons are the new norm. As Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, many say the government needs to craft a clear plan to deal with the new reality.
