Desiree Penner walked down the aisle to meet her now-husband Jeff Sinnock on Friday at the St. Norbert Arts Centre. Sinnock and Penner’s wedding venue was originally slated for Fort Gibraltar, but plans changed following the collapse of a raised platform on the Fort Gibraltar site.
