Appearing before a Procedure and House Affairs Committee (PROC) on Tuesday, former governor general and Special Rapporteur David Johnston defended his report into alleged foreign interference saying the report “goes into quite considerable detail to say we have a system to deal with foreign interference that is not working and points out a number of areas of defects,” he said.
