Regina’s Mosaic Festival of Cultures chair Nish Prasad said on Thursday that he’s excited to host the 2023 Mosaic Festival following a hiatus of three years. Prasad said, “as Saskatchewan becomes more diverse, events like Mosaic are a chance to learn each others’ commonalities.”
