Speaking to reporters in Ottawa, federal NDP leader Jagmeet Singh told reporters that in his estimation, it was wrong for the Conservatives and Bloc to attack special rapporteur David Johnston personally, but did reiterate he has concerns about the “appearance of bias” when it comes to Johnston’s task of investigating allegations of foreign election interference.
