The city of Montreal says it has found new momentum for the future housing development on the grounds of the old Hippodrome. There are no shovels in the ground just yet and there is still no firm timeline of when work will begin. But authorities promise a new committee they’ve put in place holds the key to moving things forward. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
