‘Godspeed everyone’: Firebomber scoops load of water from St. Margaret’s Bay to fight Nova Scotia wildfire

“Thank you St. Margarets Bay for helping with the water,” says a Global News viewer who filmed an orange firebomber aircraft picking up a load of water to help fight the wildfire spreading outside of Halifax on Monday. “Godspeed everyone!” she can be heard saying as the plane flies into the distance.
