Iowa building collapse: 8 people rescued as search efforts continue

Rescue operations were underway following a partial collapse of an apartment building in Davenport, Iowa on Sunday. Eight people were rescued from the wreck and no deaths were reported, Davenport Fire Dept. Chief Mike Carlsten said on Monday.
