Winnipeg city councillor for River Heights Fort Garry John Orlikow responded to criticism surrounding the widening of Kenaston Boulevard and the plans’ impact on the city’s climate goals on Friday. Orlikow said the city has heard and respects those concerns, and now must work to put it all in balance.
