There is a new Vietnamese Restaurant opening in Old Montreal this weekend. It’s promising haute cuisine, and taking traditional mom-and-pop Vietnamese dishes to the next level with bold flavours and daring new creations. JEGantic CEO John E. Gumbley, and Marylyn Tran, owner of Tran Cantin will join Global’s Laura Casella with a sneak peak at the new menu and design.
