Six years after it was rejected, a controversial Chinatown condo project is back on the table. The development proposal for 105 Keefer in Vancouver is still a divisive issue in the community.
Protesters held a rally this afternoon – shutting down the street before police arrived. Global BC’s Jasmine Bala was there and has the details.
