Delta port expansion faces legal challenges

An Indigenous nation in Washington State has launched a challenge of a major port expansion in Delta, B.C. The Lummi Nation argues that Roberts Bank Terminal 2 is planned for their ancestral lands and so they should have been consulted before the plan received federal environmental approval in April.
