Other victims speak out about man who killed Edmonton mom, daughter

The man police say was responsible for the deaths of a mother and daughter outside Crawford Plains School earlier this month was considered a maximum security threat, even behind bars, according to parole documents. Now his previous victims are wondering why he was allowed out to re-offend. Sarah Ryan has more on what happened to them.
