Quebec MNA under fire for dismissing alleged police abuse against Indigenous women

Calls are being made for a CAQ MNA to resign his seat in the National Assembly. The Assembly of First Nations is demanding that Pierre Dufour step down following comments he made last week. While speaking at a city council meeting — Dufour dismissed allegations of abuse by Quebec police of Indigenous women in Val-d’Or. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
