Conservative MP Michael Chong testified on Tuesday before the standing committee on procedure and house affairs, which is investigating the intimidation campaign allegedly orchestrated by a Chinese diplomat, Zhao Wei, who has since been expelled from Canada. Chong said no one ever informed him that the Chinese diplomat was collecting information on his family, and in fact, he actually found out through a story in the Globe and Mail.
