Air Passenger Rights president Gabor Lukacs spoke Tuesday about WestJet offering potential flight change and cancellation options ahead of the possible pilots’ strike. He said people should be careful about accepting the options as it could leave them without their own rights under federal regulations. Lukacs added he’d advise people not to “be a pushover” and to know their rights about what airlines have to provide if a flight is cancelled.
