B.C. residents allegedly face charges in Manitoba border deaths

It was a tragedy with a B.C. connection. In January 2022, a family of four was found frozen to death in Southern Manitoba. They were attempting to cross the border into the U.S. As Catherine Urquhart reports, Indian authorities are reportedly trying to extradite two Vancouverites for their alleged role in the deaths.
