More people falling into homelessness for the first time says Kelowna’s Gospel Mission

There are growing concerns about the increased number of people sheltering outside in Kelowna. The city’s designated outdoor sheltering site has ballooned in size in recent months and while there are a number of reasons why–what has advocates particularly worried about is the number of people finding themselves homeless for the very first time.
